Hola mothertruckers! These are the guys from the group I train with, Seven FreeRun (previously Jump Essex Media), showcasing their talents and such in the gorgeous, weather-beaten land of ‘Esssseeex maaate’… You may have heard of it off the telly.
In the first of many videos to drop via our new Youtube channel, here is Basildon Town Centre and Fort Laindon getting pkwnd by Seven’ athletes Dan Fulcher, Josh Bruce, Pete May and Matt Simmons. Enjoy!

Parkour.com, formerly one of the most prominent parkour news sites in the world (and the only one affiliated with Sébastien Foucan) has, as of April 16, begun redirecting visitors to Davidbelle.com/parkour. No more news. No more videos. No more useful links. Just a static page.
Worst of all, the content of parkour.com is not cached or saved, it is apparently gone forever. Try this link, or this one, or this one, and see what you get. Only a 404 page.
Parkour.com belonged to Sébastien Foucan, as of at least Jan 23, 2005. The fact that it’s now likely owned by Take Flight under the guise of David Belle is troubling. What will happen next?

TUTORIAL - Lazy / Thief / Kash Drop Dismount
Sorry there hasn’t been much posted for the past few days, I was out of internet. We now return to your regularly scheduled programming!
I can’t stress enough how useful and comprehensive Kyle “Epic” Mendoza’s video tutorials are. He really takes care to dissect each movement into bitesize chunks, in such a way that the moves look so much easier and attainable than many other examples you will find on t’interwebs. Another pro is that Epic drops one or two of these every week, all in their own way inspiring and very much worth a viewing. Subscribe to his Youtube channel ‘epic1’ and see what tickles your fancy.
